About This Role
You will join the North American Marketing Operations team as a critical partner to Biogen’s US marketing teams. You will be accountable for execution of digital marketing tactics with a focus on Web and Email development in support of multiple Therapeutic Areas, and Biosimilars.
 

You will act as a thought partner with the US marketing launch team & agency of record in developing, evolving and pulling through the web site and email execution of the omnichannel plans.  Looking for a digital disrupter who pushes boundaries to optimize omnichannel for the Marketing team including building high-impact digital marketing capabilities.  You will also collaborate with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the digital marketing tactics.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution and optimization of brand and segment-level omnichannel campaigns across varied customer groups (HCP, Consumer/Patient, Caregiver, etc.).
  • Lead the delivery of on-time, on-budget, and accurate deployment of web and email tactics
    Serve as the Marketing Operations cross-functional business partner during annual planning
  • Work with marketing teams and creative agencies to deliver best practice web and email execution for high impact
  • Identify new Omnichannel capabilities and services, develop business cases in support of these ideas to gain organizational alignment and funding and lead launches of capabilities.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years multichannel/omnichannel marketing strategy, campaign planning, campaign execution, or related experience 
  • People Management experience
  • Pharma/Biotech digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns to achieve superior results, demonstrating data-driven strategic thinking, experimentation, customer orientation, and operational excellence
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing tactics and digital channels, including but not limited to email, websites, webinars/webcasts, digital media programs, mobile apps and digital sales aids
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing tactics, define appropriate metrics / KPIs, and maximize the value of marketing investment
  • Experience managing and driving accountability with multiple agencies of record to develop and execute marketing tactics
  • Excellent communication skills and successful cross-functional experience in a highly matrixed organization

Education

  • BA/BS required
  • MBA or other related graduate degree preferred
