About This Role: 

As an Associate Director of Marketing in Neuropsychiatry, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our dynamic US Marketing Team. This role is designed to enhance the customer experience for healthcare providers (HCPs), patients, and other stakeholders involved in the postpartum depression care continuum. Your mission will be to create and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies to streamline the diagnosis and treatment process, ensuring seamless integration across HCP, consumer, and market access teams. You will analyze insights to refine the customer experience and adjust strategies, accordingly, ensuring our initiatives resonate effectively to address education, reimbursement and product acquisition needs. Your contributions will be key in shaping our neuropsychiatry offerings, ultimately improving patient care and outcomes within a complex healthcare ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead content development and innovative marketing initiatives to improve the customer journey for postpartum depression diagnosis and treatment with focus on reimbursement and fulfillment process materials.
  • Design and implement strategies that facilitate a coordinated approach to patient care involving various stakeholders within Women’s Health/Maternal Mental Health.
  • Engage in comprehensive analysis to gauge the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives and adapt as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners, agencies, and alliance partners to align on impactful initiatives.
  • Develop and disseminate educational, access resources and innovative solutions, ensuring consistency with overall strategy.
  • Guide materials through internal review processes, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
  • Oversee budget management, including coordination with finance and cross-functional teams.
  • Regularly review performance metrics, influencing long-term strategy and demonstrating leadership in decision-making.
  • Incorporate reimbursement education and solutions into marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including health practice stakeholder interactions and product acquisition processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of commercial experience in pharma or biotech, with at least 3+ years in marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, cross-functional teams, and influence without authority.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in Women's Health, Neurology, Psychiatry, or Specialty markets.
  • Experience with alliance partnerships and product launches.
  • Market Access, Field Sales or direct customer interaction experience.
