Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Healthcare Professionals: Disseminate critical information about Biogen's registered products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Key Medical Experts (KMEs) within authorized indications, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Biogen policies.
- Build Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of rare diseases, technical data, clinical practices, healthcare systems, and the needs of HCPs/KMEs in your territory. Your insights will guide your strategic approach.
- Strategic Planning: Manage your territory effectively by creating and implementing a strategic plan that includes a robust call schedule with HCPs/KMEs.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with HCPs/KMEs through personalized engagement plans and meaningful interactions.
- Organize Educational Activities: Plan and execute local events such as peer-to-peer meetings and educational programs that empower HCPs/KMEs with knowledge about Biogen therapies.
- Gather Insights: Capture local scientific and medical intelligence to define, segment, and profile HCPs/KMEs effectively.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to establish regional rare disease centers of excellence, developing streamlined processes to enhance patient access to treatments.
- Track Progress: Monitor the initiation of treatments for new patients, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Continuous Learning: Seek external learning opportunities, such as conferences and seminars, to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including compliance-related reports.

Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience in rare disease in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry or in a similar role with at least 2 years of local experience.
- Language: Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading). Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Driving License: Valid local driver’s license
- SCFHS License: Valid
