Job Description
- 市场拓展与客户关系管理
- 负责指定区域内医院的开发与维护，建立并保持良好的合作关系，提高产品覆盖率和市场份额。
- 按公司要求定期拜访客户，了解需求，及时反馈市场信息，为客户提供专业的医学知识和产品信息，解答客户疑问，协助解决客户使用产品过程中遇到的问题。
- 与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，通过优质的服务和专业的推广，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。
- 销售目标达成
- 制定并执行个人销售计划，确保完成公司下达的销售任务，达成年度、季度和月度销售目标。
- 分析所属市场动态和销售数据，及时调整销售策略，优化销售流程，提高销售效率和业绩。
- 参与公司组织的各类销售活动和市场推广项目，积极推广公司产品，提升品牌知名度和市场影响力。
- 产品知识与学术推广
- 深入学习和掌握公司产品和相关疾病的相关知识并能够准确、清晰地向客户传达产品的优势和特点。
- 严格按照合规要求，协助公司开展合理合法的学术推广活动
- 团队协作与支持
- “积极主动”与市场部、医学部、准入等跨部门紧密合作，及时反馈客户需求和市场信息，共同制定策略和改进方案，确保公司资源的高效利用和协同作战。
- 完成上级领导交待的其他工作，积极参与公司组织的各项活动，为公司的发展贡献自己的力量。
Qualifications
- 医药或相关专业毕业，具备5年以上医药行业销售工作经验，外企医药公司销售背景者优先。
- 熟悉外企医药行业市场环境和销售模式，对神经内科或儿科领域产品有经验者更佳。有罕见病工作经验者优先考虑，同时需了解临床用药规范和医疗行业相关政策法规。
- 具备强烈的团队合作意识和结果导向思维，能够清晰规划销售思路，制定结构化策略，并准确把握工作重点。拥有高执行力，能够迅速将策略转化为实际行动，并及时反馈工作进展。熟练掌握销售技巧和谈判技巧，具备出色的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
- 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，能够制作专业的销售文档和演示文稿。
- 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳，愿意接受高频出差挑战，能够承受较大工作压力并坚持不懈。能够在压力下工作，具备较强的自我学习能力和适应能力，能够快速适应市场变化和公司发展需求。
- 具备良好的职业道德和诚信品质，能够严格遵守公司合规要求、工作流程和行业规范。
