Bill is looking for a Technical Accounting Senior Manager who will be a key finance department professional assisting with technical accounting and financial reporting.

It is a highly visible role that frequently interacts with executive management. You will primarily assist in all aspects of technical accounting research related to significant business transactions, ad-hoc projects and new and proposed accounting standards. In this role, you will also assist with preparation of our SEC filings and will help manage the implementation, maintenance and review of our accounting policies and procedures for key business processes. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for stock-based compensation accounting and forecast. We are looking for someone who thrives and enjoys working in a fast-paced, complex environment to support our continued growth and success. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with a wide range of the Company's accounting and finance departments, including Revenue, GL, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Stock Administration, and Legal departments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ years of combined experience at Big 4 and industry. This is a full-time position and is located at our headquarters in San Jose, CA.

We'd love to chat if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Active California CPA required
• At least 10+ years of experience at Big 4
• Excellent understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills and ability to easily explain complex accounting issues and conclusions to a variety of audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven self-starter with exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with SQL is helpful

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$150,800-$188,200 USD
