Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
Join a dynamic, forward-thinking team that's driving innovation in BILL's Revenue Operations Business Technology team. As the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our revenue technology ecosystem, driving growth across sales, marketing, and customer success. In this important role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the technology strategy for our revenue operations business areas, including supporting the product and platform roadmap and strategic priorities. You will also be responsible for driving operational efficiencies by contributing to the implementation, testing, and scaling of our CDP, GTM AI initiatives, data insights, and automation across the revenue lifecycle. You will partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to technology-based solutions that address business challenges, ensuring integration and scalability to support our growth in the Fintech space.
We'd love to chat if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical product management, revenue operations, Salesforce, consulting, or internal tool development
- Experience with CDP tools, CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud.), marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), and sales enablement tools
- Proven track record of contributing to the development and implementation of revenue operations systems strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to contribute to discussions and provide project updates
- Customer-focused with an understanding of user needs and the ability to influence project goals
- Proven ability to align team and project objectives with business goals
San Jose pay range
$181,000-$217,000 USD
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$153,900-$184,500 USD
