Your leadership will directly contribute to creating simpler, more efficient financial solutions, impacting about 1% of the U.S. GDP and saving our customers invaluable time and effort. With an exciting research roadmap ahead, focusing on the latest advancements in LLM and multimodal models, your work will not only push the boundaries of AI but also drive a lasting impact on our company and the communities we serve, all while shaping the future of financial operations with cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives, drive innovations, and build models that save our customers time and effort, all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values high energy, cross-functional partnership, business acumen, and a strong sense of ownership.

We'd love to chat if you have:
  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, ideally, with a focus on Machine Learning/AI
  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years experience and strong background in AI/ML, ideally experience with deep neural networks, LLMs, multimodal models, or graph models
  • Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or similar, along with experience in ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP)
  • Business Acumen: An ability to translate complex technical details into business value, demonstrating how AI/ML contributes to solving real-world business challenges
  • Innovative Mindset: A passion for staying on the cutting edge of ML/AI technology, with a drive to explore and implement novel solutions
  • Ownership and Drive: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges, taking ownership from concept through to deployment
Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary ranges noted below roles in the specific geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle

$145,600-$174,700 USD

Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts

$131,000-$157,200 USD

Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina

$123,800-$148,500 USD
