Join a collaborative team of IT experts at Bill! We're seeking a hands-on Helpdesk Support Specialist who is eager to learn and contribute to a supportive and knowledgeable team. You will be an integral part of ensuring our employees have a smooth and productive experience with their technology, including end-user computing, productivity applications, telephony, and video conferencing systems. We'd love to chat if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of proven experience providing IT support in a fast-paced environment, with strong troubleshooting skills for desktop/client software and hardware issues
- Solid understanding of Windows Servers, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Hands-on experience supporting end-user productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and endpoint security software
- Familiarity with AV equipment and systems, including video conferencing solutions, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV-related issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
San Jose pay range
$83,200-$99,800 USD
