Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
- Drive continual product adoption and expansion of the Bill platform to hit a monthly payment volume quota
- Collaborate and own miscellaneous department/team/customer projects
- Work a variety of books of business for CSM's that are out of the office, can cover for any team - Strategic or Scaled
- Monitor customer health, product utilization, & trends in customer spend while using data to drive proactive customer engagement
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Bill's products and services
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of expense reporting and accounting practices
- Drive adoption of additional Bill products as they are released
- Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients
- Ability to effectively manage time to maximize revenue results
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, highly articulate
- Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
- Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.)
- Advanced skills with Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability/desire to consistently hit quota
- Salesforce experience
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual.

$95,700-$114,800 USD
