Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our growing post-sales team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing accounts payable processes and vendor relations.
List of Responsibilities/Duties:
- Create and maintain Excel templates
- Learn the details of customers' accounts payable process
- Manage email inboxes and answer vendor and customer inquiries
- Manage virtual credit card limits
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner
- Document activity appropriately in Salesforce
- Participate in proactive, virtual customer engagements
- Responsible for making 70 outbound vendor calls daily
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively and independently
- Proficient in Excel
- Be a self-starter and exhibit a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Process driven
- Experience in Bookkeeping or AR/AP processing
Draper UT pay range
$18.32-$20.81 USD
