Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are looking for an impressive Mid-Market Account Executive to join our direct sales organization. As a member of the team you will be responsible for closing brand new business through our inbound lead channels. This critical role builds excellent relationships with our mid-market prospects for better, faster, simpler, and safer digital payment solutions for their A/P, A/R, and other cash-flow needs. It is an outstanding time to join the industry leader in a huge market opportunity.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals with focus on closing new business
  • Working a high velocity sales cycle with a pipeline of about 50 inbound SQLs monthly
  • Knowing how to maximize every deal size and getting to the decision maker
  • Demonstrate you understand the value proposition of BILL and can effectively communicate this message to prospective customers
  • Execute an in depth discovery process to understand prospect's goals and position Bill's value add in a consultative selling approach for a win-win
  • Understand BANT and PLAN through Clozeloop
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultant on prospect's goals to provide a tailored demonstration
  • Proficiency in Salesforce in order to manage, track and maintaining a clean pipeline with all pertinent information updated daily
  • Follow up every Sales Qualified Lead and Trial Opportunity within 2 hours of sign-up
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of BILL products, industry trends and competition
  • Build great relationships with internal teams
  • Meet all sales and performance KPIs including dials, meetings, pipeline hygiene, etc.
We'd love to chat if you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B mid-market sales with a successful track record of sales performance.
  • SaaS new business sales experience required. Selling into finance is helpful.
  • Consistent track record of success and achievement (e.g. exceeding quota consistently, forward-thinking revenue responsibility).
  • Proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Scratchpad and LinkedIn.
  • Highly motivated, process oriented and self-starting individual.
  • Excellent written and oral skills, highly articulate.

  • Ability to manage pipeline hygiene and continuously move opportunities through the sales cycle in order to accurately forecast weekly attainment
  • Bachelor's degree.
This role is eligible to participate in BILL's sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zone

Zone 1

$159,300-$191,200 USD

Zone 2

$143,400-$172,100 USD

Zone 3

$135,400-$162,500 USD
