Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Schedule and manage all staff on the 24/7 Security Team.
Security Management: Oversee building security controls and technical projects to ensure the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets.
Event Security: Plan and execute security measures for all events.
Staff Development: Train, coach, and mentor security staff to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating operations for events.
Regional Liaison: Travel to regional meetings and foster relationships with local law enforcement.
Crisis Management: Lead investigations and manage crises using technology and client collaboration.
Equipment Handling: Properly manage all company equipment, including radios, computer equipment, flashlights, and uniforms.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in security and 5 years in managing teams.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred Background: Previous military, EMS, or law enforcement experience.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Activity Level: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
Endurance: Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours.
Physical Strength: Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 45 pounds.
Vision: Close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment:
Variety: Work in different environments, including confined spaces and various outdoor weather conditions.
