Main Responsibilities:
o Creation of a partnership relationship with hospital facilities and key stakeholders in the assigned area to develop sales of the existing product and solution portfolio.
o Promote market development activities for new products and solutions.
o Constant monitoring of the results achieved by the indirect team (agents and dealers) with respect to the commercial planning carried out, stimulating the identification of new projects and business opportunities in order to feed the Sales Funnel.
o Active support with one's stakeholders, in compliance with current regulations, in the various purchasing processes.
• Execution of sales strategies and tactics as defined by the Company; implementation of specific promotional programs; identification of new business opportunities and expansion of existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Support the achievement of annual financial objectives for the Division/Department through implementation of approved Sales & Marketing Plans and development of new business opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers (KDM) and those influential in the purchasing process in order to secure orders for the Company's product range. This includes key opinion leading physicians.
• Maintain regular contact with distributors / importers re sales performance, new product developments, pricing, stock levels etc. Ensure full understanding and implementation of local directives relating to Sales and Marketing activities including compliance with codes of conduct.
• Comply with relevant HSE legislation, corporate policies and procedures relating to safety and environmental matters.
• Become actively involved in local professional organizations e.g. HCP societies, associations etc.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to Sales Management and Marketing personnel.
• Monitor the use of the Company's products within his/her area of responsibility to ensure that they continue to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Take responsibility for providing technical advice to customers regarding the use of the Company's products where appropriate.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree qualifing as ISF
• Proven success required in sales and marketing within a medical device environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence KDMs
• Strong interpersonal skills and negotiating abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of clinical processes and industry guidelines
• Self starter capable of independent action
• Highly motivated and results oriented
• Fluent Italian language and English (written and spoken). Any other European languages would be desirable
