Job Description Summary
BD's Peripheral Intervention division is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to join our growing team in Northern NSW, predominantly Newcastle and Central Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a detailed understanding of ESKD (End Stage Kidney Disease) and PVD (Peripheral arterial and venous disease) in conjunction with BD's products and their indications to support Interventional Radiologists and Vascular Surgeons. This position requires spending 70% of the week naturing and supporting cases, hospital in-services, and education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site clinical expertise and support during cases.
- Promote optimal patient outcomes through regular use and best-practice education and in-servicing.
- Build and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders.
- Analyse sales and market data to develop measurable project objectives to achieve/exceed sales budget (Qty/Yearly).
- Manage product mix to achieve divisional sales and marketing objectives.
- Effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and administrative work.
- Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management.
- Manage all applicable consignment and boot stock (including capital equipment) as per policies (count accuracy, expiry management, consignment performance).
- Develop, maintain, and display professional selling skills in addition to the continual learnings in technical product knowledge.
- Proactive is self-development progression.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in medical device sales. Interventional environment preferred but not essential.
- Ability to travel across Victoria/Tasmania and work within the different hospitals
- Proven successful sales and account management experience
- Strong negotiation skills with procurement and budget holders
- Strong product demonstration experience in a complex sales environment involving multiple decision makers/influencers
- Ability to analyse complex customer data and develop and communicate clinically and technically sound sales solutions
- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based sales approach
- Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills
- Excellent interpersonal, teaching and presenting skills
- Collaborative and a team player
- Ability to work autonomously
- Resilient with a positive mindset
