Join BD's UKI Critical Care team as a Critical Care Territory Manager, focusing on the Arctic Sun 5000 Temperature Management System. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding BD's presence in the critical care market by delivering innovative solutions that enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes. You will drive the promotion, education, and sales of a specialised product range, working closely with healthcare professionals to implement advanced temperature management therapies that make a difference in patient care.

This field-based role covers the Midlands, primarily Birmingham and surrounding areas, with 4 days in the field and occasional overnight stays. You will be part of an impactful team known for its encouraging culture and commitment to excellence, with the opportunity to collaborate with ICU professionals, develop internal therapy champions, and contribute to market growth in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICU doctors, nurses, and hospital management.
  • Deliver comprehensive education and support for Targeted Temperature Management and the Arctic Sun system.
  • Implement new product lines and manage multiple accounts at varying stages of development.
  • Lead post-purchase training, driving product adoption and usage in clinical settings.
  • Provide technical and clinical support for product implementation and usage.
  • Develop strategic account plans, prioritising time and resources effectively.
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer engagements, such as local symposia, masterclasses, and round table meetings.
  • Monitor and assess account performance, ensuring objectives are met and sustained.

About you:

  • Proven track record in medical sales or a clinical career in critical care, demonstrating relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in delivering engaging presentations and demonstrated capability in securing mutually beneficial solutions in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Excel, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Enthusiasm for targeted therapies and a desire to contribute to improving patient care.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success and wider strategic goals.
