Join our Nordic Price & Tender Team as a Tender Specialist, playing a key role in coordinating the entire tender process for Sweden and Finland. From pre-tender engagement to contract lifecycle management, you will ensure deadlines are met, roles are well-defined, and submissions are accurate and timely. Collaborating across multiple functions-including contracts, sales, legal, quality, and marketing-you will also engage externally with healthcare procurement professionals. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate tender processes, ensuring accurate submissions and clear role definitions.
  • Collect and compile technical, legal, and commercial data to meet tender requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing analysis of prior tenders and supporting documentation.
  • Identify and address contractual concerns, formulating questions for clients when necessary.
  • Review outcomes and document findings to refine future submissions.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency in tender submissions.
  • Manage and maintain agreement data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of procurement, ideally coupled with experience in tender submissions or project coordination.
  • Fluency in Finnish with solid Swedish and English.
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the field of public procurement would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
