Job Description Summary

As Tender Specialist you will be responsible for all the activities related to Tenders and Awarded Tenders.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Complete the submission of tenders on time in coordination with external partners.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the assigned and driven tenders to communicate results.
  • Ensure the tender process is lean and improve the business results.
  • Manage the technical, administrative, and economic documentation needed in tenders.
  • Management of the tasks derived from the contracting (offers, requirement of previous documentation, contracts, contests, extensions and archive of documentation and contracts).
  • Check the consistency of price/discount /volume/client data in our systems.
  • Responsible for collaborations with internal partners (Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Customer Service) and external partners (Legal counselor, Health authorities) to acquire all the information for tender processing.
  • Report on tenders when needed.

About you

  • Knowledge of the "Ley de Contratos del Sector Público".
  • Previous experience as tender specialist or similar.
  • Good understanding and communication in English.
  • Good communication and effective listening skills.
  • Problem-solving skills. Eye for details.
  • Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP knowledge is a plus.
