Leading molding technical team to complete target about mold cavity utilization, product quality, material usage and employee safety which assigned by company and department. Be responsible for continuous improvement of tooling and equipment. New molding projects leading and supporting, including process development, process validation, continued improvement and other requirements.

Job Description
1. Investigate chronic and major molding machine/process problems and implement corrective/preventive actions.
调查长期和主要的设备、流程中的问题, 并执行纠正预防措施。
2. Develop and support improvement programs to enhance performance of molding machine/process with regard to safety, quality, efficiency, waste reduction and cavity utilization, etc.

3. Coach and facilitate the Molding Support Team and Toolroom Team to provide technical support to the Department and achieve Team goals.
指导和促进注塑支持团队和模具间团队提供技术支持, 帮助部门实现团队目标。
4. Implement training program to enhance technical competency of the mold technicians and toolmakers. Develop overall plan to build up technical strength of the molding and toolroom operation.
执行培训计划以加强模具技工的技术能力。制定一个综合发展计划, 以帮助加强注塑和模房操作人员的技术能力提升。
5. Participate actively in the Kaizen Team to meet overall departmental goals.
积极参加改善团队活动, 以帮助部门完成团队目标
6. Develop and implement validation programs for all molding processes.
发展和执行针对模具的验证计划和程序
7. Ensure effective supports are provided to the Plant with regards to machining, material selection, tooling design, mold changeover/maintenance etc.
确保对于工厂的运营支持和提供帮助, 特别是在材料选择、工装设计、模具换型以及模具维护等方面
8. Develop and implement preventive maintenance program for Mold/Presses to ensure efficiency and smooth running of molding operation
开发和执行对模具和注塑设备预防保养措施, 以确保其效率和注塑生产的顺利。审核所有相关操作文件以确保严格执行并使模具间和注塑车间操作符合质量体系要求。
9. Establish and maintain good contacts with molding relationship from BD Division and sister Plants. Participate in worldwide network meetings to share and learn process/equipment/mold expertise
建立和维持与碧迪总部以及其他姊妹工厂注塑专业人士的良好沟通分享与相互学习的关系
10. Participate in project to install/commission new equipment's and evaluate/qualify/validate new or alternative processes and materials.
参加并负责与注塑相关的项目, 参与评价、确认、验证新设备或者评价新生产流程和材料
11. Participate or drive continuous improvement initiatives/activities.
参与或者驱动持续改进创新或者活动
12. Ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company's rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards
确保工作环境符合碧迪总部在安全和健康以及环境的要求。积极采取措施在预防、消除潜在安全危险因素
13. Understand the relevant laws, regulations and technical standards of energy, understand and master the importance of energy conservation in this position, implement energy reduction project to meet global requirement. 了解能源的相关法律法规和技术标准, 了解并掌握本岗位的节约能源的重要性,可以执行注塑相关的能源节省项目已达到总部的节能要求。
14. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
