The Strategic Projects Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting critical projects, day-to-day activities, and data management tasks related to Procurement Excellence and Sales Enablement. This role requires a highly collaborative individual who can work effectively across various functions, including Operations (RFP and contracts), Sales Enablement, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with key project activities, including supporting the contract calendar project and validation efforts.
  • Validate data in new Power BI dashboards as needed.
  • Provide back-up support for Salesforce.com Administrator.
  • Participate in CRM Product Model business testing as required.
  • Communicate progress on key project activities to the Core Team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support change management communications efforts, including content creation and posting.
  • Contribute to other strategic project team activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a University undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to work independently and as withing a team setting.
  • Great teammate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce.com, SAP and JDE experience is an asset.
