Key Responsibilities
- Be in charge of MDS platform by leading key marketing strategies and activities required for achieving financial goal
- Develop and execute business plan through clear understanding of market dynamics
- Identify potential market and opportunities through deep understanding of market environment and develop new business plan
- Interact closely with sales/clinical team to ensure goal and direction of marketing strategies and ensure implementation of marketing plans
- Develop brand messages and promotional materials/marketing assests
- Utilize omni-channel to engage with key customers/external stakeholders and help generate sales leads through digital marketing
- Coordinate business work process across shared functions such as F&A, SCM, QA,RAPA etc
- Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant standards/guidelines etc

Basic Qualifications/ Requirement
- 5~8 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably with an international exposure
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills and excellent verbal/written English skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and strong responsibility
- Advanced MS office skills are required
