Overview

As a Sr Financial Analyst in the MMS Finance team you will serve as finance business partner to the Solution Deployment and Services teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact, finance advisor, and business partner owning end to end processes to support Solution Deployment and Services teams.
  • FP&A Activities Include:

    • Consolidate financial information from various global stake holders/ERP systems. Provide regular summary of performance to cross-functional leadership.
    • Lead development of Annual Strategic Review (ASR), annual budget, and quarterly forecasts.
    • Lead month-end activities for the business. Review financial output for reasonableness. Analyze business performance. Identify and understand variance drivers. Relay significant variances versus plan to business leaders.
    • Maintain monthly outlook to assess risks and opportunities versus plan.
    • Manage to BD and MMS submission timelines and reporting deliverables during ad-hoc and standard planning cycles e.g. month-end, ASR, annual budget, and quarterly forecast processes.
  • Other Key Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness of deliverables and analysis.
    • Assist in providing leadership to MMS FP&A organization by developing and championing changes to processes, people, and systems as needed.
    • Provide support to functional leadership and drive alignment cross-functionally between Finance, Operations, and Commercial organizations.
    • Other business partnership activities, as needed by the business.

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience:

    • B.S. degree in Accounting / Finance.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance environment with exposure to financial analysis, general accounting, manufacturing operations, cost accounting.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • ERP experience required. SAP/BPC experience preferred.
  • Other Key Qualifications:

    • Ability to deliver high level of accuracy under strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to all levels of the organization.
    • Proactive, team player, intellectually curious, demonstrated sensitivity to cultural and geographic differences when interacting with others.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
