The Sr. Analyst, Sales Enablement, will work in the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business unit in the U.S. Region and will drive utilization, training, and support of Salesforce.com (SFDC) for the MMS US Region. The position will work closely with MMS US Sales and Marketing as well as their leadership teams, offering recommendations and implementing standard processes in support of the MMS business. The position will act as MMS US region subject matter expert in the implementation of sales enablement tools and reporting systems. Key focus areas for this role are daily support for MMS US marketing and sales users in the areas of pipeline, forecast, troubleshooting, reporting and dashboards and roll out of new capabilities introduced by the BD US Region team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Create and maintain reporting and dashboards for the MMS Parata SFDC platform and work with existing Sr. Analyst, Sales Enablement to bridge the gap between the instances toprovide a comprehensive view of the MMS US business.

  • SFDC dashboards and reports to include creation, maintenance and training.


  • Develop, review and analyze metrics, key trends and takeaways to share with Marketing and Sales leadership teams.

Lead Management

  • Support the ongoing optimization of lead management in the MMS and Parata SFDC instances, and work with counterpart to enable passing leads between SFDC instances.


  • Develop reporting and or dashboards to optimize lead management methodology tracking and impact on sales performance.

Analytical Support

  • Collaborate with MMS US Analytics team on views of Sales and Marketing data that enable the commercial team to manage the business.


  • Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop standardized reporting methodologies, eliminate duplicate reporting, and effectively deploy and utilize sales reporting tools and reports.

Project Management

  • Document and analyze requirements to identify challenges and provide efficient solution recommendations to address business objectives andprocesses.


  • Act as liaison between Marketing/Sales stakeholders and BD IT, communicating complex data in a simplified manner.

Training

  • Support current end users in their daily use of Parata SFDC instance.


  • Creating and updating training materials as related to rolloutsof new technologyfrom the BD US Region team.

Education and experience required:

B.S. Degree

2-3 years of Salesforce.com administration experience or equivalent CRM management background

Salesforce.com certification is a plus
