With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Infusion Systems, you will orchestrate the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth in France and the Benelux region. Collaborating closely with the local commercial team and the EU marketing organization, you will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Your primary focus will be leveraging market and customer insights to build product strategies and tactics that achieve short- to medium-term business growth objectives while supporting long-term planning for your product portfolio. You will ensure the successful implementation of innovative, customer-centric strategies that differentiate our solutions and add significant value.

Infusion systemsare vital in healthcare for delivering fluids, medications, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream. They ensure detailed and controlled therapy administration, improving patient outcomes and safety. Our innovative infusion systems incorporate advanced technologies for improved accuracy, ease of use, and detailed integration with other healthcare systems. Joining our team means contributing to the development of innovative solutions that make medication management safer, easier, and smarter.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Market Development:Initiate and lead market development activities, including the launch of new product lines and solutions.
  • Financial Management:Play a key role in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
  • Sales Support:Support the sales force in deploying sales strategies, providing strategic tender support, and delivering customer vision presentations.
  • Market Intelligence:Serve as the primary liaison for the EU marketing team, keeping them informed on market trends, customer insights, behaviors, field feedback, and campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Spend time interacting with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and external collaborators.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work seamlessly with internal partners, including supply chain, customer service, legal, regional marketing, and the sales organization in the hub.

About you

  • Master's degree in marketing, business, or related fields preferred
  • Validated experience in marketing, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare IT industry.
  • Strong drive for results, dedication to customer happiness, analytical capabilities, technical marketing competence, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a large matrix organization.
  • Developed project management skills.
  • Experience with omnichannel selling & marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare market or healthcare IT industry a plus.
  • Proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Evidence-based track record in solution selling and cross-functional selling a plus.
