This role will lead the CTW (Cost To Win) program for the region, tracking progress and driving projects through the different levels of implementation. This role will infer business insights on historical data and support the optimization of supply chain flows of finished goods that reduces lead times, decreases logistics costs, while maintaining high quality standards for product distribution. Collaborates with cross functional teams to drive the best customer experience at lowest total cost to serve.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with functions in NASC and Business Units in the development and tracking of Change To Win (CTW) strategies that focus on improving distribution efficiencies and optimizing E2E flows across the network
- Monitor volumes against end-customer demand-sensing forecasts
- Find opportunities to reduce order lifecycle time
- Foster Business Unit partnership to ensure NASC E2E supply chain requirements are met on new product introductions / product flow changes; establish playbook for business units, manufacturing, and warehousing to implement a true demand-pull system
- Develop tools that drive visibility from manufacturing plants through to our customers that anticipate the need for critical to health care products; collaborate with GSC E2E teams on tools/analytics that drive action to improve key metrics
- Collaborate on key projects to ensure any change to supply chain processes do not negatively impact customer experience, inventory health, and operating costs
- Partner with different teams to develop dashboards from BU S&OE process to improve forecast accuracy at the DC level. Leverage these analytics to determine DC capacity with predictive capability to improve supply chain and logistics planning
- Develop the Item Sourcing Strategy (single sourced SKUs vs. Multi DC) - to maximize our customer experience and minimize out of region shipments.
- Assist in the development of the Annual Strategy Review (ASR)
- Monitor and forecasts business trends to measure effectiveness of ongoing supply chain programs.
- Develop and grow supply chain professionals in utilization of advanced analytics to drive project execution.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong Supply Chain end-to-end knowledge for finished goods from planning to customer relations
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect dots across the supply chain
- Strong organizational, project management skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical, statistical, problem-solving skills
- Ability to build dashboards in PowerBI with automatic refreshes from ERP and other systems
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence associates at all levels and parts of the organization
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, committed with a strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Emotional intelligence, collaboration, partnering, and customer centric skills required to build trust
- Strong knowledge of order to cash process for SAP or equivalent in JDE
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with SQL or other database query skills
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a variety of business, functions, leadership, process development, and people development roles
- Previous experience in the medical device industry strongly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with advanced analytics methodologies and reporting, data science, engineering, and operations research
- Minimum of 7 years of Strategic Continuous Improvement program & project management in a matrixed organization
Education and Certifications:
- 4-year bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field required
- Advanced degree preferred (or relevant experience)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt (or relevant experience) preferred.
- Lean Certification (or relevant experience) preferred.
Other:
- 10% travel to distribution centers and corporate headquarters is required. Estimated travel of 1 trip per quarter.
- Onsite role based in Franklin Lakes, NJ (relocation may be offered)
- Expected to manage 2-3 direct reports
