Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of key products in alignment with the sales strategy
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with both existing and potential customers to uncover new business opportunities and address customer needs
- Identify customer needs and recommend products that best meet those needs.
- Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Employ creative strategies to expand your accounts and serve as a valuable partner to your customers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Continuously review and improve your sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding the sales targets set by the company.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers, including nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive strategic initiatives

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science/ Pharmacy/ Nursing
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Experience in ICU will be highly considered
- Experience in channel management
