Job Description Summary

This internship is designed for early-career individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management and planning analysis. The position is responsible for supporting the monthly Sales and Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) review, delivering high-quality consensus demand planning, and maximizing profitability. Interns will collaborate closely with stakeholders across regional supply chain, logistics, finance, business, source plant/DC, Quality, and RA to identify goals, focus areas, rebalance demand and supply, deliver the right products to the right customers on time, and manage superior customer experience (Cx).

  • Conduct data verification across multiple ERPs and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate closely with the Global Distribution Center for assigned product portfolios.
  • Monitor supply status (picking, packing, shipment) and communicate significant events to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the monthly demand consensus process with the Business team to finalize forecasts.
  • Ensure timely supply against customer orders by collaborating with source plants and distribution centers.
  • Maintain, analyze, and submit reports, including monthly S&OP metrics and demand planning files.
  • Engage in SCM projects focused on process improvement, cost savings, and automation.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Math/applied statistics, Economics or related major.
  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, passionate, future-oriented mindset with positive thinking and team spirit.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Quick learner, able to deal with ambiguity, take initiative, and achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of performing under pressure and managing competing demands.
  • Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
  • Communication skills (Advanced English proficiency, Korean native)
