Key Responsibilities
- Lead and complete Quality Engineering activities to ensure flawless product performance and compliance.
- Address CAPA and Critical to Customer (CtC) topics with a strategic approach.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Data Maturity and other roadmap activities.
- Manage documents of external origin (DEO) and provide robust customer and product support.
- Plan and lead quality activities, coordinating with extended quality SMEs such as plant, validation, sterilization, and supplier teams.
- Apply design control expertise, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities to support complex projects.
- Ensure products consistently meet customer needs and quality standards, adhering to corporate and unit policies as well as regulatory requirements.
- Provide quality engineering mentorship and support for internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customers, including during audits and special requests.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve product quality and customer experience.
Preferred profile
- Proven experience in quality engineering within the MedTech or related industries.
- Strong understanding of risk management, process validation, and control strategies.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor lower-level quality engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
