Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision & Commercial Excellence: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Align product development and go-to-market strategies with business goals. Collaborate with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to optimize product positioning, pricing, and adoption.
  • Innovation Management: Continuously identify and explore new ideas, technologies, and opportunities to differentiate our products and meet emerging customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative concepts are seamlessly integrated into the product roadmap and aligned with the company's long-term vision.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch until end of life. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. Regularly gather user feedback and iterate based on insights.
  • Global Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of global customers, both internal and external, and manage the interface to regional markets.
  • Business Case Development: Translate customer requests into viable business cases and ready-to-implement solutions.
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage market research and data to inform product decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, market changes, and external factors. Make informed decisions to minimize potential impact.

Key Requirements:

Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with a minimum of 4-6 years in product management. Additionally, you will have:

  • Agile Mindset: Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, as well as entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Healthcare Interest: Profound interest in medical device technology, trends and drivers of the industry.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technology stacks, software development processes, and product design.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of delivering successful products on time and within scope.
  • Travel & Language: 20-30% travel availability and cultural awareness as well as fluency in German and English. EU driver's license needed.
