Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain financial systems and records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to support business needs.
- Implement internal financial controls to safeguard business assets.
- Review, coordinate, and approve capital and operational budgets.
- Prepare financial documents, budgets, forecasts, and analytical reports.
- Assess financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop forecasting procedures to enhance financial planning.
- Manage and support financial teams, including a direct report and outsourced partners.
About you:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in leading teams and develop people.
- Strong knowledge of financial policies and controls as well as accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
