Main responsibilities:
- Focus on MarCom CoE business processes, acting as the main expert and point of contact for end-to-end campaign execution processes.
- Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across MarCom CoE teams and collaborators.
- Collaborate with the Tech & Process Manager to analyze and optimize existing campaign processes, identifying inefficiencies and potential improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for MarCom teams, bringing together standard methodologies and promoting clear understanding of established processes.
- Lead process training activities, including planning and conducting workshops in alignment with the Campaign Operationalization Manager.
- Promote and explore new technologies and automation solutions to enhance business impact and streamline processes.
Preferred profile
- Degree in digital marketing or related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in omnichannel campaign execution and delivery.
- More than 3 years of experience with process management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).
- Proven project management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of omnichannel marketing.
- Mastery in omnichannel campaign process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work independently, managing projects and reports for different collaborators.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of MarCom CoE omnichannel marketing technologies.
- Ability to integrate new technologies, such as AI and machine learning, into campaign processes.
