Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end digital omnichannel campaigns across GSA markets, focusing on effectiveness from inception to execution and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives and integrate digital and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Optimize campaigns through data analysis and market insights, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy targeting healthcare professionals and patients in the MedTech field.
  • Create high-quality, informative content (articles, whitepapers, videos, social media posts) that aligns with BD's business objectives.
  • Manage an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic flow of content across various channels.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including search engines, social media, and email marketing.
  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Analyse competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Own and manage PI GSA customer data, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies for stakeholders.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and R&D to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Lead the onboarding of commercial teams to ensure successful campaign execution and lead qualification coordination.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Support the local website and handle Veeva questions as needed.
  • Validate and adapt customer journeys, personas, and target groups in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Act as the local campaign creation and execution champion when required.
  • Travel requirements up to 20%

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, media management, communications or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in either digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Salesforce)
  • First experiences with marketing automation platforms and AI tools
  • Strong knowledge of English and German; technical marketing acumen is a plus.

Hard Skills:

  • Project management and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Content strategy development and SEO optimization.
  • Data analysis and reporting, with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and their integration into marketing strategies.
