Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for PowerMe market shaping, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Driving volume growth in post-VoBP environment with competitive selling strategy.
- Lead product lifecycle management, from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D to define product specifications and features.
- Create and implement marketing strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring effective product communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences).
- Experience: 5-10 years of product management / sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations and quality standards.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
