Job Description Summary
This role is part of TGS Platform Solutions and Services organization and will provide business systems and functional support across Order to Cash processes. The ideal candidate must have minimum 7 year's experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and will design and build technology solutions across customer facing and order fulfillment projects. The selected candidate will interface with business partners and technology teams and ensure solution delivery of Customer facing and Order to Cash project portfolio.

- Design, architect, build, test & support platform enhancements and system changes in collaboration with our strategic system integrators across SAP ECC and SAP S/4 systems
- Collaborate with Business Partner teams, Platform Solutions analysts, Development teams to elicit and translate business requirements into Function Design and & Technical Specifications.
- Lead and participate in solution design discussions with TGS strategic system integrators to deliver solutions that scale across businesses and regions
- Provide technical support to develop integrated solutions across cross functional business processes, applications, and platforms.
- Lead solution architecture and prototype technical solutions
- Improve delivery quality through unit testing, regression testing and performing FUT verification.
- Facilitate & collaborate with global vendor(s) support teams to ensure break fix issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis for break fixes & identify permanent resolutions thru software fix or business process change

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years extensive experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA implementation & support in a global roll out of SAP Order to Cash Process.
- Must have SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
- Hands on configuration experience and functional knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution
- Must have 2-4 life cycle implementation and or support projects in MNC Manufacturing / Supply Chain environment
- Integration /interfacing with other SAP Modules and experience working with any middleware software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and business process knowledge required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizing, planning & priority setting skills for timely deliverables.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Business Partner & drive best practices
- Attention to details and a self-learner and seeking out opportunities to broaden scope and stay up to date with industry and organizational trends.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation aligning to BD's Validation process.
- Ready & flexible to adjust work timings to support/collaborate with other regional time zones.
Preferred skills
- SAP ECC or S/4 certification is an added advantage
- Domain experience in Life Science Industry is preferable
