Our vision for "function or BU" at BD
As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
About the role
The Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a pivotal role to drive customer centricity through managing and building relationships with all key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers in key Healthcare sectors. They will be the subject matter expert for the MDS platforms in UAE & responsible for targeted Healthcare sectors under direct business model.
Candidates could be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai with a willingness to travel across UAE.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Drive sales revenue & growth within assigned territory.
- Engage and develop Key Opinion Leaders, Key Stakeholders, Key Decision Makers.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, through monitoring IMS RR, opportunities, and inventory.
- Setup Commercial plans, aligned with MDS Strategy.
- Lead Safety and beneficial solutions adoption across targeted HCSs.
- Drive efficient Strategic Tenders Management/Tender Prework.
- Ensure efficient Competition intelligence.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in a medical/healthcare discipline
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices industry portfolio is highly preferred. Key Account Management experience is a plus.
- Regional experience in UAE and targeted Healthcare sectors - SEHA is a must.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
