Main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to expand the reach of our product portfolio.
- Identify and develop opportunities with customer accounts through proactive outreach.
- Understand customer needs and showcase how our products can enhance patient care.
- Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and create engagement to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and grow a detailed database of potential and existing customers in your territory.
- Partner with distribution channels to create sales opportunities and close deals.
- Conduct engaging online demonstrations tailored to potential customers' needs.
- Prepare and manage quotations and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
About you:
- Proven experience in inside sales, ideally within the medical device industry, or a strong scientific background paired with commercial skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
- Analytical and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Highly motivated, dedicated to achieving goals, and passionate about continuous learning and professional development.
- Fluency in Swedish with strong English communication skills.
