Job Summary: HR Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations and HR business partnering. This role involves ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance with labor laws, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures by closely engaging and partnering with business managers/ leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, deep understanding of HR functions, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide strategic HR support.
- Manage and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Support the performance review process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback conversation, and development plans.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR field, HRBP or HR manager experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
