Job Description Summary

Reporting to VP HR EMEA, the HR EMEA PROJECT LEAD is a member of the HR Leadership Team in the region.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that HR initiatives are built on a solid data driven business case, timely executed, tracked and deliver the expected value for the business.
The HR EMEA PROJECT LEAD translates requirements and feedback coming from critical stakeholders (country, regional, global) into initiatives aimed at streamlining, standardizing, harmonizing and improving the overall HR experience in the region.
She/he represents the countries and the CoEs within HR EMEA and is the point of contact between the HR Leadership Team and the HR Service Delivery Organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead major regional HR Projects to help HR achieve organizational objectives.
  • Partner with EMEA HR LT to recommend and execute improvement to processes that increase inefficiency, consistency & service delivery, based on feedback and learning across teams.
  • Act as a CI "advisor" for the HR Leadership Team.
  • Liaise with all CoEs, HRDs, HRIS & key partners across the organization to facilitate and drive focus on specific HR initiatives
  • Support the execution of key regional HR transformation projects and global projects that drive HR regional performance; this includes prioritizing, resourcing, resolving major issues, building strong change management plan and ultimately driving to successful project completion;
  • Facilitate the definition of the annual HR regional KDGs, monitor execution and directly help executing some of the regional HR KDGs.
  • Cascade important information to the Local ASC Partners and HR Leadership Team as well as partner with ASC in order to build a clear and visually effective communication on important HR and Payroll-related topics.
  • Partner with ASC stakeholders and Local ASC Partners in order to build a process for sharing local regulation changes and ensures these are captured in the ASC knowledge base.
  • Partner with ASC OpEx and the In-Country teams (especially Local ASC Partners) to pre-assess automation and CI ideas.
  • Partner with ASC OpEx and the In-Country teams (especially Local ASC Partners) to pre-assess SERs and take active part in the knowledge capture phase.
  • Participate in regular Service Expansion governance meetings as representative of the countries and CoEs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in HR.
  • Global experience working across multiple and diverse organizations/functions.
  • Experience in leading change.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced experience in Portfolio and Project Management principles and methodology.
  • Must demonstrate strong collaboration with regions, functions, and peers.
  • Familiar with PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of Workday is required.
  • Knowledge of process improvement (Kaizen, Lean/6Sigma) fundamentals.
  • Fluent English, any additional European language is an asset
