Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully initiate, plan, execute, and deliver Supply Chain projects in cooperation with SC Business Process owners
  • Ensure project execution within established scope, schedule, resource, and quality requirements
  • Lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment, optimizing team performance on assigned tasks and deliverables
  • Partner with Business Process Owners & stakeholders to define project governance, goals, scope, and objectives
  • Define and organize project work, required documents and results for validation and compliance, including meeting cadence, scorecards, RAID log, etc.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
  • Deliver project status reporting and communications
  • Orchestrate the multitude of project activities, processes, and stakeholders
  • Support change management activities on project within given strategy
  • Build and deliver project and process related communication to stakeholders based on project plan
  • Facilitate workshops, trainings and other critical for projects events to ensure on time milestone deliveries

About you

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including 4-5 years' formal experience on project management and/or supply chain process, preferably in a global, matrixed company
  • Proven experience in driving medium to large-sized regional or global projects from initiation through closure, especially in Supply chain, Digital Transformation and Business Process Transformation
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Scrum) and processes
  • Working knowledge of organizational change management best practices and methodologies
  • Demonstrate effective communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Advanced leadership, strategic planning, and risk management skills
  • Understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • Proven capability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
  • Professional project management and or change management certification (PMP, Agile, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven experience using project management tools and software (i.e. Microsoft Project, Office 365)
