Responsible of Internal control compliance, Spend Control, Forecast and Budgeting for Overhead, SOX Audit and Capital, coordinate accounting for US consolidation, Intercompany balances & Sales.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise preparation and input of all monthly journal vouchers and ensure their accuracy.
• Provide financial analysis for financial reporting and budget purposes.
• Maintain the SOX database and supervise the quarterly testing and assist with the annual audit.
• Consolidate and Report Period Cost, Capital Spending, Division Strips, and other recurring deliverables.
• Execute continuous process improvements.
• Analyze spend variances including forecasts and budget impacts, and explain variances.

• Prepare and monitor Accrued Liabilities and Prepaid Expenses. Manage 100% of the balance sheet.
• Adhoc reporting and analysis as required.
• Oversee Intercompany Process.
• Analyze USD Ledger's Financial Statements to ensure their accuracy and report on any material expenditure over budget.
• Manage Sales and COGS.
• Review work performed by external support for Accounts Payable.
• Manage Fixed Assets.
• Prepare the financial report at month end closing.
• Prepare month-end closing reports in BPC (consolidation)
• JDE/BPC chart of account mapping maintenance.
• Coordinate support to internal and external auditors.
• Improve Spend and Capital control based on dynamic changes of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 3 - 5 years manufacturing experience
- Operational excellence, quality, regulatory, business acumen, and finance advanced knowledge in general accounting, construction in progress, compliance and internal control.
- Strong technical expertise in project management and operations management and remote networ
- Communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence without authority.
