About the role

Within the Finance Operations Center of Excellence, you will be part of the Inventory Team. Your main responsibilities are accounting and financial activities in the Inventory area, in order to improve the efficiency of services provided to Europe and EMA Countries. In addition, together with your team lead, you work on process standardization and actions to improve internal controls and ensure adherence to policies & procedures.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Implement financial services with precision, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion
  • Assure correctness and timely delivery of inventory operations and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures, safeguarding financial data integrity
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure internal & SOX controls are followed in order to guarantee completeness, correctness and security of key financial data and accounting transactions. Follow up on action plans, resulting from audits and/or SOX test results.
  • Discuss with the General Accounting Team Leader possible improvement, standardization opportunities and implement the agreed upon process changes within your own area, to support a continuous increase in the efficiency of Inventory processes.
  • Participate in projects to support the implementation of process improvements within your area of responsibility.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and a passion for excellence
  • Outstanding Excel skills and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional teamwork and independent work ethic
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to work from office 3 days/ week
