About the role
As field clinical specialistyou will be responsible for providing technical advice to customers on all products in their designated area of expertise. This involves working closely with sales representatives to identify customer needs and develop solutions based on the latest technology and best practices. You will also provide training to customers on how to use our products effectively and efficiently. Additionally, you may be involved in product development activities such as designing new devices or improving existing ones. Finally, field clinical specialists play an important role in promoting our brand by sharing their knowledge and experience with others in the industry.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support to customers through field visits, phone calls, emails, webinars, etc.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to educate customers on the proper use of our products.
- Develop training materials and resources for customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create educational content for customers.
- Assist in product development by testing new products and providing feedback.
- Participate in conferences and trade shows to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
About you
- University degree in life sciences (preferably in biotechnology or biomedical engineering.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role in the industry or experience in electromedicine department in a hospital.
- Proficiency English level
- Excellent customer relations skills, great teammate and organized.
- Willing to travel trough the region: Madrid and Castilla León.
- Experience in the operating room and ICU environment mandatory.
