About The Role
The eProcurement Specialist will work efficiently to reach department objectives by following the appropriate processes / systems for day-to-day tasks and critical issues. Within the scope of the responsibilities will be to establish new and handle existing eProcurement/Punchout connections that improve our customer's buying experience. You will work in coordination with the EU Customer Care Organization as well as directly with customers as the main point of contact for all onboarding and post-go-live monitoring to ensure minimal downtime, efficient adoption and success. This role will also work closely with the Price& Tender teams to ensure accurate price files are generated to help onboarding and adoption process of eProcurement solutions.
Additionally, you will handle metrics and reports creation, data analysis and upgrading dashboards.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in all relevant eProcurement technologies available within BD including but not limited to punchout, cXML orders and invoicing, etc.
- Handle, prioritize feature work and supervise proactively new customers onboarding
- Leading and acting as a POC for the execution of the process to onboard new eProcurement connections
- Collaborate with customers and key partners across a matrix organization to ensure ongoing customer success
- Important metrics supervising: Development and maintenance reporting dashboards
We expect that you have:
- Previous experience within multinational / multi-functional organization min 3 years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Project support experience
- Basic HTML, CSS, VBA knowledge is a plus
- Initiative and have good interpersonal skills
- You are a teammate and, at the same time, capable of working independently on projects with a minimum of supervision
- You are diligent, willing to take action
