This role will be instrumental in driving and executing our analytics and pricing strategy across the MMS Pharmacy Automation organization in EMEA.
It will be critical in defining our analytics strategy and synthesizing data in order to provide visibility and recommendations to the business to enable senior leaders make strategic decisions.
The EMEA Business Analyst (Pharmacy Automation Retail) will work with various functions across EMEA such as Marketing and Finance, with contacts at different levels of the organization including VPs and travel on occasion across EMEA.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and processes to enhance visibility and management of the MMS Pharmacy Automation EMEA business (e.g. tracking and performance, trends, market data and insights, leading indicators, country dashboards, etc.)
- Work closely with the EMEA Pharmacy Automation business director to define reporting, analytics, and operating models that enable decision making and strong business performance
- Work closely with other analysts across EMEA to drive standardization in processes, where possible
- Collaborate with the finance organization to support regular business review, drive forecasting processes and forecast accuracy, support budgeting processes, etc.
- Develop and maintain win/loss and competitor intelligence reporting.
About you
To deliver the performance that we are looking for, we need a degree-level educated professional with a proven experience working in analytical data management with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, ideally within a multinational corporation (experience in Medical Devices is not required though it would be a plus).
- Good planning and organization skills (project management)
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Process driven with focus on delivering results
- Experience building strong relationships with cross functional and cross cultural teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills (including presentations)
