Main responsibilities will include:
- Focus on receiving, registering & following up customer's support and registration requests
- Cooperate with the internal Customer Service Organization, Customer Master data Team and other teams in the European organization
- Support and maintain the online BDBiosciences product catalog
- Support customers via chat regarding registration, web shop issues, and following up customer's support
About you
- Strong command of English language (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Show initiative and have strong interpersonal skills
- eCommerce experience is a plus
