Responsibilities:
- Extract and transform raw data set into clear and actionable insights / key learnings for omnichannel marketing campaign
- Integrate data from different sources and channels to build a consolidate data library / overview of key insights across campaigns (and for different Bus)
- Develop intuitive and attractive data visualization and analysis frameworks in close alignment with Insights Activation Manager to facilitate sharing and reporting across Engagement Layer and BUs (dashboarding)
- Create an effective reporting system to communicate and share campaign insights effectively with other part of the CoE and broader organization
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques / technologies to automate and accelerate analysis process and enhance insights generation
- Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests from MarCom CoE Leadership, Delivery Center Team or Activation Managers Team
Requirements:
- Degree in digital marketing / information systems.
- + 3 years experience in data analysis.
- Proven project management experience.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of omnichannel marketing & Life Sciences industry.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights based on statistical analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g.; SQL, Python, R, and Excel) and data visualization tools - Power BI, SFDC - Datorama.
- Proficiency in programming languages to drive process automation and predictive modelling.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and business-suited reports and dashboards representing campaign analysis & insights.
- Professional knowledge of AI / Machine Learning and ability to apply it for data analysis and insights generation.
- Knowledge basis on data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for ethical data usage.
- Proficiency in English.
