As a Customer Success Account Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers experience continuous value and satisfaction while collaborating with BD. You will support the Sales Team by driving retention, enhancing customer relationships, and enabling success across the drug lifecycle. Working with internal teams, you will proactively identify areas for improvement and foster solutions that deliver mutual growth.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Understand the pharmaceutical customers' environment, identifying needs and opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Support regional accounts with critical projects, aligning with business priorities and objectives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project delivery, ensuring impeccable execution and value realisation.
  • Promote collaborative engagement by representing the customer's voice and aligning internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and track performance metrics to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate effective communication and timely resolution of customer issues, including product-related challenges.
  • Present insights from customer feedback, driving innovation and improvements within BD.
  • Participate in meetings with customers and internal teams to strengthen collaboration and transparency.

About you:

  • Hold an engineering or relevant commercial degree or Doctor of Pharmacy with a first experience in strategic project management, business development, or customer support.
  • Have a strong background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success in customer interaction.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project and risk management, fostering seamless project execution.
  • Show a commitment to delivering customer value and building sustainable relationships.
  • Be comfortable using computer tools.
  • Fluent in English.
