Job Description Summary
This position will provide support to the Sales Team for all customer service related activities. This role requires someone who has great attention to detail, is able to handle multiple tasks at once, is highly organized, and can work independently as well as part of a team. The right candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable interacting with internal and external customers on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
- Maintain current pricing lists
- Enter customer orders into ERP system
- Provide customer assistance in locating and identifying products
- Research and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Prepare sales quotes and process backorders
- Communicate with internal departments regarding product availability, shipping schedules, returns, etc.
- Assist with special projects such as new product introductions, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Answer phone calls from customers and distributors
- Process credit and return requests
- • Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Business Administration (ADE) or similar degree program. Possibility to sign internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with the University is mandatory.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (and other language preferred)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientated
