At BD, our Marketing team crafts the narrative of our brand and products, ensuring we connect with our audience in meaningful and impactful ways. Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Campaign Operationalization Manager to gather content requirements for each campaign, considering both existing assets and regulatory constraints.
  • Coordinate the content creation process, ensuring timely production and publication. Work closely with external partners and collaborate with other MarCom team members to align content delivery with campaign timelines.
  • Collaborate with BUs, the Campaign Operationalization Manager, and external partners to bring to bear high-quality and compelling content to be used across various channels
  • Advise on content creation strategies to bring to bear themes and topics across different channels, effectively convey key messages, and target the right audience
  • Stay updated on evolving content requirements from legal, ethical, and regulatory perspectives across markets

Preferred profile

  • Degree in communications or marketing
  • Proven experience in writing marketing content and in omnichannel campaign management
  • Proven project management experience
  • Previous experience in writing and editing content for omnichannel marketing campaigns, preferably within the Life Sciences industry
  • Proficient in English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and team player to interact with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple requests and ensure timely delivery according to prioritization needs while overseeing end-to-end content creation process
  • Knowledge of content-related regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR for data privacy
  • Familiarity with AI-related opportunities that can assist / enable to effectively generate content and optimize creation / Augmented Virtual Reality skills in creating immersive content experiences
  • Be able to act fast and in a nimble fashion in a changing environment
