Job Description Summary

BD's Peripheral Intervention division is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Victoria! This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio, including products for Endovascular procedures, Venous and Ports (Oncology). This position requires spending 70% of the week nurturing and supporting cases, hospital in-services, and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site clinical expertise and support during cases.
  • Promote optimal patient outcomes through regular use and best-practice education and in-servicing.
  • Oversee the accreditation process for specific product lines in both new and existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Manage inventory effectively.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3+ years of clinical experience in Endovascular/Radiology/Interventional Cardiology space advantageous
  • Ability to travel across Melbourne/Victoria and work within the different hospitals
  • Strong people, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Collaborative and a team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Resilient with a positive mindset
