Main responsibilities will include:
- Provide end-to-end support for clinical and technical training to customers and internal sales teams throughout the product life cycle.
- Facilitate workshops, masterclasses, and simulation sessions for clinical staff, fostering peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
- Conduct "train-the-trainer" initiatives, ensuring ongoing, effective training for field staff and new employees.
- Collaborate with local and European marketing teams for seamless product launches and development initiatives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, symposia, and educational events to build the brand and strengthen customer connections.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in Salesforce and create materials to support clinical discussions.
- Monitor trends and competitor activities in the Nordic healthcare market, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Travel extensively (up to 70% within the Nordics with overnight stays included) to support and engage customers, primarily in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
About you:
- Proven experience in clinical or sales roles, ideally within medical technology, critical care, or related fields.
- Professional background in healthcare, such as ICU nursing or paramedicine, with a deep understanding of clinical protocols and patient needs.
- Strong analytical skills and customer-focused mentality, with the ability to adapt and provide relevant support.
- Proven skills in project management and relationship building, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Business proficiency in Swedish and strong command of English, with knowledge of additional Nordic languages a plus.
- Flexible with travel requirements and comfortable working independently while being a supportive colleague.
